Terms and conditions for membership payments, subscriptions and symposiums

The terms and conditions apply to all commercial purchases of webinar, symposium and digital services via https://dentaltraumaguide.org/

Price
The price that you pay for your product is indicated on the website, in the brochure, letter, e-mail or by phone.
Payment
You will be charged in the currency indicated on the website, in the brochure, letter, e-mail or via the phone. The currency, if not the currency of the country of your bank account, will be converted by your bank into the currency of your bank account when processed. We are not responsible for any charges your bank may apply. You will be able to look through your order before confirming the product payment via checkout. When you confirm your product payment, the amount stated in checkout will be debited to your bank account within 1 to 5 workdays.
Payment can be made using the following payment cards: VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, VISA Electron and Discover.
The amount is deducted when the item is ordered or renewed.
Individual membership payments
You pay in advance. This means that you can access paywall content immediately thereafter. When you confirm payment for your individual membership, you agree to waive your immediate 14 days right of cancellation (as per Danish Law). However, you can at any time terminate your subscription without refund.
Please contact us, if at any time you feel unfairly treated in regard to membership payment and registration.
The price of the product is set differently according to the income level in the user’s country.
Group membership payment
Group membership payments may vary according to the number of users, the group, organization and country in question.
Your organization pays for access in advance. The invoice will be forwarded either by email, postal service or e-invoice. Payment details and conditions are stated on the invoice you receive.
Symposium & Webinar payment and cancellation
You pay in advance which means that a participant is not registered until payment has been confirmed. What the payment covers will be stated on the Symposium/Webinar page.
It is possible to cancel the Symposium/Webinar tickets, but refunds are not possible:
- Cancellations must be done in writing.
- Should you be prevented from attending the Symposium/Webinar, you can give your spot to another person by contacting info@dentaltraumaguide.org. However, this must be done no later than 4 weeks before the Symposium/Webinar.
Delivery
The order is delivered by e-mail and for webinars and symposium this applies as a receipt that gives access.
Right of withdrawal
By paying you agree to waive your immediate 14 days right of cancellation (as per Danish Law).
This is how you regret
You regret the purchase of a subscription to Dental Trauma Guide by giving us clear notice that you regret it. You can send an e-mail stating that you regret it to Tandplejeinformation ApS, Oernevej 2, 4600 Koege, Denmark, info@dentaltraumaguide.org
Refund of the money in case of cancellation
There will be no refund, as you have accepted that the cancellation period does not apply.
Complaints – if there is something wrong with the product or service
The Danish Purchase Act applies if you buy a digital service or digital service and there is a defect in the purchased item. A defect is, for example, incorrect information about what you have purchased.
You can complain about defects in the service for up to 30 days from the time of delivery. You can advertise by contacting our customer service department.
You must contact us within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your purchase. Therefore, keep your receipt.
We ask you to state in as much detail as possible what the problem is, and possibly Submit pictures of the error.
Appeal options
If we cannot agree on what you are entitled to, you have the following appeal options:
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to The EU Commission’s online complaints portal when submitting a complaint. Complaints can be submitted here – http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Photo and video recordings:
Dental Trauma Guide takes photos and video recordings at the symposium and therefore asks for your consent to the recordings. When ordering a symposium, you also give your consent.

Processing of your personal data
We will ask for your consent to process personal data about you.
Social media: Pictures and video recorded during the Symposium.
Images and video will be used for marketing the Dental Trauma Guide on social media, the website and in newsletters.
When ordering catering: Information about the requested catering is stored for a maximum of one month after it has been delivered.
With your consent, our authority for the processing of your personal data is according to the personal data regulation article 6, paragraph 1. letter a).
Image and video material is deleted after 3 years.
We only process your personal data, cf. your consent, as long as we have a purpose for it.
Your rights
According to the Personal Data Regulation, you have several rights in relation to our processing of information about you.
You can always ask to have your personal information changed or deleted.
You can also contact us regarding questions, as well as to exercise your rights, as well as withdraw your consent.
Right to see information (right of access)
You have the right to gain insight into the information that we process about you, as well as a range of additional information.
Right to rectification (rectification)
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.
Right to erasure
In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our normal general deletion occurs.
Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the information – apart from storage – with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, asserting, or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.
Right to object
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing.
Right to transmit information (data portability)
In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have this personal data transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance.

Withdrawal of consent
You always have the right to withdraw your consent. When you withdraw your consent, we can no longer process your personal data for the purpose.
Complaint to the Danish Data Protection Authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority if you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data. You will find the Data Protection Authority’s contact information at www.datatilsynet.dk.
Privacy policy
Dentaltraumaguide.org respects the privacy of all users of its site and will treat the personal information you give us with confidentiality as to the EU GDPR-act. We use your information to process your membership registration as quickly and easily as possible. In all other cases we will only use this information with your consent.
To register your membership, we need to know your name, occupation, organization/workplace, email address, billing address, telephone number and payment information.
Dentaltraumaguide.org does not sell your personal information.
