Applicable law and jurisdiction

However, the University Hospital of Copenhagen will be free to raise claims in other jurisdictions and other countries.

Subscription and password
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our sites. You should use your own virus protection software.
You are not allowed misuse our sites by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
You are not allowed to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our sites, the server on which our sites is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. And you are not allowed to attack our sites via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our sites will cease immediately.
We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
Access on all devices
Some information may – for technical reasons – not be available on some devices, e.g. iPad or iPhone by Mac. We are working on converting Flash-based content into formats that can be relayed on most smart phones, tablets and desk top computers. Until this process is complete, we do not guarantee that all content can be accessed on iPads and iPhones. And Mac-computers will need to download the programme Adobe Flash to access the treatment videos etc.
