April 24-25, 2019

Eruption disturbances in the permanent dentition comprise retentions, impactions, and ectopias and affect almost 20% of the population.  From diagnosis to treatment, these conditions may represent serious challenges for the clinician. At this symposium leading experts will present etiologic considerations, diagnostic possibilities and detailed orthodontic and surgical treatment strategies for each potentially involved tooth type. Futhermore, complications such as root resorption and nerve damage will be discussed.

Prof. Adrian Becker will be keynote speaker. Prof. Becker has studied eruption complications for decades and he has published the famous textbook “The Orthodontic Treatment of Impacted teeth”. He is accompanied by a series of other internationally recognized speakers.

Participation grants 11 CE points.

The symposium will be of special interest for pedodontists, orthodontists and oral surgeons.
